If you are looking to redeem your points, you can do this by clicking the rewards section at the top left of our website's home page.
This will then prompt a widget to appear at the bottom of the homepage where you can login to your customer rewards account, this should allow you to redeem your points into a rewards code that can be used at checkout as a discount code.
Once you have your code, kindly note there is a minimum spend of $40 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.
You should receive 10 points for every $1 spent although you will only receive points for one order that is placed every seven days. However, all orders/items can be reviewed for 200 points per review.
When leaving reviews, please note that only one review (per item) is eligible for reward points, every 7 days. However, not to worry, once the 7 days has elapsed you can leave another review and receive points!
If you are viewing on iPhone or Android, please follow these steps;
- Select rewards from menu
- Log in to rewards this will take you to the orders screen
- Select the DFYNE logo at the top of the page to return to the homepage.
- Re-select rewards from the menu
You should now be able to see and redeem your points.
Once you have made a purchase, please allow 30 days for points to transfer into your account.
